I had a great visit to the West Michigan Aviation Academy! This unique, tuition-free public charter high school offers students incredible opportunities in aviation, STEM, and robotics, preparing them for high-demand careers. It was inspiring to see this innovative program shaping the future of our students.
Sen. Huizenga: In Remembrance of 9/11
As we reflect in the days following 9/11, we honor the lives lost and the heroes who emerged from the tragedy. From the passengers of United 93 to the first responders who gave everything, their courage continues to inspire us. My deepest gratitude goes to our everyday heroes—firefighters, police officers, and military—who protect us daily. May God bless America, our troops, and first responders. The Michigan Crossroads Council continues to honor those who sacrificed their lives with a salute from dawn to dusk.
